The Challenge
How do you convince complete beginners to sign up for a technical workshop without overwhelming them with information?
The Intro to Funnels & Automation workshop was designed for people who had little to no experience building funnels or automations.
The challenge wasn't simply creating an attractive registration page. It was making a technical subject feel approachable, communicating the value of attending, building trust, and giving interested participants a clear reason to enroll.
And we needed to do all of that without overcomplicating the funnel.
The Strategy: Simple by Design. Strategic by Default.
Instead of building a complicated, multi-page sales funnel, we focused on a single, conversion-driven landing page. Every section had a specific purpose:
- 01 — Attention: A Clear, Beginner-Friendly Hook — The headline immediately communicated what the workshop was about, while the supporting copy reassured visitors that no previous experience was required.
- 02 — Connection: Addressing the Audience's Struggles — We highlighted common frustrations: not knowing where to start, feeling intimidated by technology, and wanting a simpler way to build business systems. The goal was to make visitors feel understood before presenting the solution.
- 03 — Value: Showing What They Would Actually Learn — Instead of making vague promises, the page outlined the workshop agenda, practical lessons, and what participants could expect to accomplish.
- 04 — Trust: Putting a Real Person Behind the Offer — An instructor introduction established credibility and helped potential enrollees connect with the person who would guide them.
- 05 — Decision: Making the Offer Easy to Understand — Clear pricing, workshop inclusions, limited-capacity messaging, and prominent enrollment buttons helped visitors evaluate the offer without unnecessary distractions.
- 06 — Action: Removing Last-Minute Friction — A final call to action and accessible contact options gave visitors a straightforward next step.

The Results
🎯 15 out of 15 enrollment spots filled in less than 48 hours.
⏱️ <48h: The workshop reached 100% full enrollment capacity in under two days.
No unnecessarily complicated funnel architecture. No endless pages. Just a focused offer, clear messaging, intentional design, and a straightforward path to enrollment.
While the result demonstrates a successful enrollment campaign, the funnel was one component of the overall offer and promotion. We aren't attributing every enrollment solely to the page design.

15/15 Seats Filled in under 48 hours with 100% capacity reached.
The Key Takeaway
A funnel doesn't have to be complicated to convert. It has to be complete where it matters.
A beautiful website can attract attention. But a strategically built funnel goes further by helping visitors understand the offer, trust the person behind it, and confidently take the next step.
That's the difference between simply designing a page and building a system with a purpose.
At Krafted Lab, we don't just make things look good. We kraft brand and funnel systems designed to move people from interest to action.
